Wythenshawe Amateurs is a football club based not far from our office.

They’re a charity run by a dedicated group of volunteers whose hard work makes a real difference to the local community.

Unfortunately they’ve been without a home since 1960, when their ground was destroyed by vandals. Consequently, their senior, junior, men’s and women’s teams play at a variety of pitches borrowed from other clubs.

Now they have the chance to win £100,000 as part of a competition run by Budweiser and the FA. This would enable them to build a permanent home in Wythenshawe. To win they must secure the most votes on the competition’s Facebook page.

To help this fantastic cause we’ve created a film and series of adverts, which tells their story.

Without a budget for media, we’re reliant on the generosity of others to give them exposure. The story has already touched the hearts of Manchester United, Manchester City and Manchester Airport Group who are supporting the campaign through their traditional and online media channels. Their story has even made the ITV six o’clock news.

Please help us build a home for the fantastic people at Wythenshawe Amateurs FC.
